All 3D Printed item(s) vary in print time and can sometimes take more than 24 hours to complete. Your item(s) will be placed on the printer once the order has been placed and the color choices confirmed. If there happens to be a print already going... then we need to let that one finish before starting your order. We will let you know when your item(s) are being printed or if there is a wait time. We always strive to keep our customers updated every step of the way.

Please keep this in mind when placing your order, especially if needed by a certain time/date. If you place an order with us and you are concerned about the time it takes - please message us as we are always transparent with wait times and such. If we are unable to accommodate your deadline - we will let you know and refund your money before any printing takes place.

Sometimes we may have just run out of a certain filament ... and if that is the case for your item(s), we will let you know and ask whether or not you'd like us to wait on more to be delivered or if you'd like a refund.
