Why can't I place an order through your website? Do I have to use Etsy?
At this time, Etsy is the best and most secure way to place an order with us. Our website is still being created and set up.
Eventually, we want to move away from Etsy and only take orders through this website and in person at events.
Why don't you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
There are a lot of rules, regulations, and customs to be compliant with... and right now we cannot put on focus on that.
Shipping costs would also be quite insane... and we are TRYING to keep costs low for our customers.
I am hoping that after we have more success and more financial backing - we can start looking into offering international shipping. Please be patient with us.
How come you aren't accepting Paypal as payment on your website?
Our shop's paypal is very "wonky" right now and trying to link it to our shopify page is proving to be an extreme headache. While I do understand that this can be limiting and frustrating, I hope you understand.
Once I have the backend of the website and email more figured out - I will make a new paypal account to link and hopefully it will work at that time.
Stickers
Collapsible content
Are your stickers waterproof?
The brand of sticker paper we use advertises itself as water-proof... however, we have come to realize that it is in fact NOT waterproof!
It is a hit or miss whether or not the stickers are water-RESISTANT.
So please, at this time, do not submerge your stickers in water or any other liquid. Please do not place stickers in the washing machine or dishwasher.
Are your stickers UV proof/resistant?
No. At this time, the stickers we make at home are not UV or weather resistant. They are not meant for outdoor use.
Do you outsource your sticker creation?
At this time, no.
We are currently looking at different manufacturers and ordering samples.
Once we decide on a manufacturer - all information regarding stickers and the sticker prices will be updated.
Who makes the art for your stickers?
Good question!
Dave and I both draw sticker designs for the shop! We also sell and feature our friend's stickers!
Any sticker of our friend that sells - she does get a portion of the profit(s). We simply take a cut to pay for the materials used.
How do you make your own stickers?
We utilize Megan's Cricut Maker 3 (even though it is extremely frustrating at times).
- draw and format the design
- upload the design to Cricut Design space
- print design on sticker paper
- cut out the stickers with the Cricut
It can be very time consuming! And it really gets frustrating when the printer and cricut maker 3 do not work the way they should...
To cut out 30 stickers of several different designs - it can roughly take me 2 - 3 hours or more depending if the tech wants to work properly or not.
Sublimation Items
Collapsible content
Are the sublimated tumblers/glass cans/mugs dishwasher safe?
Tumblers - while they are dishwasher safe, I would be extremely careful/cautious about the stick-on rubber bottom.
Glass cans - I have personally put a sublimated glass can in the dishwasher and have had no issue(s). However... the glass can get chipped in the dishwasher... so proceed with caution and at your own risk.
Mugs - yes, these items can go in the dishwasher with ease. I have had no issues with placing these items in the dishwasher. And we have many mugs that I've sublimated... :D
Are the sublimated tumblers/glass cans/mugs microwave safe?
Tumblers and Glass Cans - please do NOT put in the microwave!!
Mugs - these can be microwaved.
There is a rough texture and/or white stuff on my tumbler/glass can/mug... What is that?
Fear not! It is nothing gross and it isn't a defective item.
The roughness/white marks simply sublimation paper residue and can be wiped off with a damp washrag.
Sometimes the residue is there, sometimes it isn't. It can be easily overlooked after creating the item. I do apologize if your item still has it.
How should I wash/clean my sublimated tote bag?
Can you make custom sublimated tshirts?
At this time, no.
While I would love to add t-shirts to our line of products... I know I cannot do tshirts at the level of quality I would want. Therefore, I do not offer them.
Maybe once I have enough money and can purchase a better set-up for sublimating... I will. But until then, no.

What materials do you print in?
We typically print in PLA material. However, we also print in resin for our statues and some cosplay accessories/props.
We do not use materials like PETG or ABS at this time.
What printer(s) do you use?
- Bambu A1
- Bambu P1S
- Elegoo Neptune 4 Max
- Anycubic Resin printer

Where do you get the 3d model files?
We subscribe monthly to select 3d artists. In exchange for our monthly payments - we are legally allowed to sell physical prints of their models.
We have artists on Patreon, Thangs, MyMiniFactory and Cults.
We can provide seller badges if needed.
Please be wary of some 3d printers not sourcing their files ethically... one artist we pay for does not create anything new because their files were stolen and spread across the internet... and we are very upset by this BUT we continue to subscribe so we can sell prints of the models they do have.
Damages & Returns
Collapsible content
Do accepts returns/refunds?
Yes... but only if its within 30 days of arriving in the mail. And yes, I would like to see proof. The buyer also needs to pay for their return label/packaging.
I will also need a valid reason as to why you wish to return the item(s) for a full refund.
We aren't a big shop... and we fund everything completely on our own. Using our limited resources and materials to make your item(s) do cost us.... so I hope you understand.
My item arrived damaged. Can I get a replacement?
I am so sorry it arrived damaged. I can understand the disappointment and frustration this caused.
We want to make things right! While it is at no fault of our own, it was most likely damaged during transport... we would like to offer a replacement item.
I will need pictures/proof of the item arriving damaged and your order # to get the process started.
